D-S Brookes alloys provide dramatically enhanced abrasion and corrosion resistance to barrels operating under severe conditions in plastic and rubber extrusion processing equipment, especially those using filled materials. In fact, our barrels and resleeves will last four to five times as long as an equivalent nitrided product
